Her efforts were recognized by her being selected as 1999 Gatorade's Circle of Champions' National Players of the Year. The skills she showed in volleyball also earned her the Orange County Athlete of the Award in the year 2000. Ross and Klineman started their partnership in 2017, however Ross was an established player on the beach long before. It's true that she has played a significant role in the world of beach volleyball throughout the years. Ross actually has won numerous tournaments, one of which was one with a legendary volleyball superstar. Between 2007 and 2013, she was working with Jennifer Kessy, who is her current coach. Alongside Kessy Ross, she was a major force in the international scene, winning the world championship in 2009. The duo eventually captured gold at the 2012 Olympic Games in London. Individually She established her spot as a legend by winning the Honda Sports Award for 2003-04. This prize was awarded to the highest female collegiate player of the year in America. Ross studied international relations at USC. Margie Ross didn't see her daughter climb to the top of the beach volleyball world. Margie, Ross's mother, passed away in 2001, when Ross was still a USC sophomore. It was discovered that she had breast cancer. Yet, she is able to cherish her missing parent with love and dear.
